The Ice Blaster accelerates the up to 2.5 mm dry ice pellets with compressed air to over 150 m/s. The dirt freezes due to the −79 °C cold and cracks form. The dry ice pellets with their high speed can easily dissolve the dirt. A particularly effective method to removing almost all types of dirt whilst protecting the material.

How much does dry ice blasting cost?
Our dry ice blasting packages start from £950 + VAT (Level 1). A typical car chassis starts from around £1,000 + VAT, depending on its condition. Level 2 starts from £1,300 + VAT and Level 3 from £2,100 + VAT.
What affects the price of dry ice blasting?
The price depends on the condition of the vehicle, how much old underseal or wax treatment such as Waxoyl needs removing, and which areas you want cleaned: the bottom of the engine and gearbox, the engine bay, and the wheel arches with the wheels off.
What does each dry ice blasting package include?
Level 1 (from £950 + VAT) covers preparation, masking and underbody decontamination. Level 2 (from £1,300 + VAT) adds the bottom of the engine and gearbox. Level 3 (from £2,100 + VAT) adds an engine bay detail and a wheel arch clean with the wheels off.
Do you offer any additional services?
Yes: extra dry ice cleaning at £150 per hour, rust treatment at £65 per hour, underbody protection from £320, headlight restoration from £70, and zinc nickel plating (price on application).
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All of our dry ice blasting prices exclude VAT.
